Kashmiri Pulao

Ingredients:
Basumathi Rice - 1 cup.
Fried Nuts - 50 gram.
Tuty Fruity, Cherry, Dried Grapes, Black Currant Mix - 50 gram.
Onion - 2 Nos. cut into pieces.
Ginger, garlic paste -1 tea spoon.
Garam masala - 1/2 tea spoon.
White Pepper - 1 tea spoon.
Ghee, Salt, Corriander, Ajinamotto - required quantity.

Method:
  • Prepare Rice.
  • Deep Fry the onion with the help of Ghee.
  • Add Garam masala, Pepper, Salt, Ajinamotto and fry.
  • Mix the Rice, Fried Nuts, Tuty Fruity, Cherry, Dried Grapes, Black Currant Mix.
  • Add Corriander.
Kashmiri pulao ready.........
