Fried Idly

Ingredients :

Cut idly – 2 Cup

Tomato puree – ½ Cup

Cut Capsicum – ½ Cup

Cut Onion – ¼ Cup

Tomato sauce – ¼ Cup

Chilly powder – ½ tsp

Garam masala – ¼ tsp

Coriander – to garnish

Method:

  • Deep fry the cut idly
  • Saute onion , capsicum.
  • Add chilly powder and garam masala.
  • Add tomato puree.
  • Add tomato sauce when it starts to boil.
  • Add the fried idly when the oil starts to separate.
  • Garnish with coriander and serve the fried idly.
