Cut idly – 2 Cup
Tomato puree – ½ Cup
Cut Capsicum – ½ Cup
Cut Onion – ¼ Cup
Tomato sauce – ¼ Cup
Chilly powder – ½ tsp
Garam masala – ¼ tsp
Coriander – to garnish
Method:
- Deep fry the cut idly
- Saute onion , capsicum.
- Add chilly powder and garam masala.
- Add tomato puree.
- Add tomato sauce when it starts to boil.
- Add the fried idly when the oil starts to separate.
- Garnish with coriander and serve the fried idly.
